What we do
Action Statement

We offer convenience. We utilize a web-based electronic health record and sessions can be conducted via tele-health. We also offer day and evening appointments.
We ensure clients will be a good fit. Clients are offered free consultations and pre-screened to ensure the practice will be able to meet their needs.
Costs are discussed upfront. We coordinate and preauthorize services with your insurance company to provide an estimate of costs before participating in treatment.
Our scheduling is consistent and clinicians are not overbooked. When you get a time slot with us, it’s yours. You have the full session time, and we don’t adjust your time week to week.
We participate in ongoing training and education. We ensure we stay up to date with cutting edge clinical training. This training includes: working with specific populations (LGBTQ+, cultural competency), therapy techniques (EMDR, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and specific psychological assessment protocols (Autism, ADHD).
We provide a relaxed, professional environment. Our clinicians are warm, compassionate with passion for their work.
We are specialists in our field. Whether it is working with mood disorders, trauma, or the assessment of Autism, we have clinicians that are specialists in those area. Please click here to learn more about our clinicians and their specialties.
We employ only the most qualified clinicians. We only hire clinicians that we would use if we were in need of therapy or assessment services.
We compensate our clinicians well for their services. Our clinicians are people too. We want to ensure our clinicians are not weighed down by trying to meet unreasonable quotas, which leads to burnout and poor client experience. Instead, we allow for clinicians to have schedule flexibility, clear pay structures and autonomy in their clinical work.
